Through guided meditation, we’ll begin to soothe the body and listen without judgment.

Unprocessed stories, silent heartbreaks, and protective identities can keep us circling pain.
This day helps us gently unhook from what no longer serves and
name the deeper truths beneath our emotional resistance.
Meditation becomes the mirror and the release.

Discover how stillness reconnects you to clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
Together, we’ll explore how to integrate grief and grace, without bypassing the pain
or losing your center.
