designed to support your mind, body, and spirit.

Through guided meditation, we’ll begin to soothe the body and listen without judgment.

What Keeps Us Stuck—Emotionally & Spiritually

Unprocessed stories, silent heartbreaks, and protective identities can keep us circling pain.

This day helps us gently unhook from what no longer serves and

name the deeper truths beneath our emotional resistance.

Meditation becomes the mirror and the release.
